1. 2. Sign up for the TrimWorks Challenge no later than August 31, 2009.
3. Download the TrimWorks Challenge packet w/ helpful training and diet information.
4. Send in your before photos, starting weight loss and measurements.
5. Purchase the enlyten TrimWorks program (save between $30-$100 off retail as a distributor) and use for 12 weeks, while keeping track of your daily exercise.
6. Finish the TrimWorks Challenge no later than November 30, 2009.
7. Send in your after photo, final weight, and measurements no later than December 5, 2009.
